Pumpkin cake is SOOOO addictive, esp. when you add all the other goodies like walnuts and cranberries! It was very much loved here by the Frenchies who tried it... They're not used to baking with pumpkin and the ways they eat it are using as a gratin or in soup.. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
